Thor Building – Addition

This ground-up addition has a unique look that resembles the existing fabrication shop. We used split-faced masonry block and brick to construct the lower 14’ of the eastern wall.   For the remaining upper 22’ we used vertical and horizontal steel siding to create a checkerboard effect. We installed a standing seam roof.

This 100-day project took place during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Our crew consisted of 6-7 people for most of the project. The building was equipped with two cranes, a 7.5 ton and a 5 ton.
