Culver’s – Sandusky, OH

This ground-up new construction has 5100 square feet and a Carlisle Roofing System.  We ran into bedrock below the surface on the site and had to perform extensive rock excavation. We extended the existing access road to the project site, which required extending utilities, storm drainage, curbing, and pavement.

The exterior patio/seating area is the largest patio we have constructed at a Culver’s restaurant.

Our crew consisted of 5 people and was completed in 120 days.
